Terms
RBS Med companies. Effective August 22, 2026
These terms apply to visits, treatments, memberships and related services provided by the RBS Med practices (RBS Mgmt, LLC, RBS Watervale LLC, RBS Northern LLC, RBS Volant LLC; each "we", "us"), 47 Pleasant Street, Suite BS, Northampton, MA 01060. Each visit or service is provided and charged by one practice, named on your receipt or statement.
Care and clinical responsibility
Clinical care is provided by licensed professionals under applicable state law; nothing on this website is medical advice. Practices verify insurance eligibility where accepted; patients remain responsible for balances their plan does not cover.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are stated before service, in the treatment plan or membership agreement, or at booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless a statement, plan or account agreement says otherwise. Accepted methods: card, HSA/FSA cards where eligible, ACH, bank transfer and check. Employer accounts are invoiced on Net 15. Balances more than 30 days past due accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Cancellations and refunds
Visits may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours in advance; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee stated at booking. Treatment-plan deposits are refundable less work performed and materials ordered. Membership fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any billing or administrative claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Clinical matters are governed by the professional standards and laws of the state where care is provided.
Disputes
Please contact us at info@raddpayments.com or (413) 200-0634 before raising a dispute with your card issuer or bank; we respond within one business day.
Territory and governing law
Care is provided within the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for billing matters; clinical and consumer-protection provisions follow the law of the state where the practice is located.
