Appointments
Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the visit. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged the fee stated at booking.
Treatment plans and packages
Deposits and prepaid packages are refundable less services already delivered and materials ordered; unused package visits are refunded at the per-visit rate paid.
Memberships
Cancel with 30 days' notice; no refund for the current month once it has started.
Insured visits
Patient-responsibility balances are due after the plan adjudicates; overpayments are refunded within 10 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank; bank transfers are returned to the originating account.
